Euphonia

A Speaker Like No Other

Ancient Greek: εὐφωνία (euphōnia) =“sweetness of voice”

εὖ (), meaning “well” or “good,” and φωνή (phōnḗ), meaning “sound” or “voice

The challenge to design “Euphonia” was formidable. To achieve the speed and dynamics of a midbass horn and the depth and extension of a 2.5-meter-tall bass horn within a single structure.

Feature One

Three – way horn design

Feature Three

Hybrid low-frequency cabinet

Feature Three

JMLC algorithm applied on both axes

Each speaker features JMLC horn profiles on all three horns, ensuring seamless acoustic integration and natural dispersion across the frequency range.

All horn profiles are “open” close to 360 degrees, following a quasi-infinite horn approach -the ideal geometry for true audiophile performance.

An active crossover ensures perfect integration and easy setup in any room, ensuring accurate system tuning in any space.

Euphonia features a JMLC profile on both the X and Y axes of the horn mouth, a world-first and a “silent flow” bass reflex system that provides deep, controlled, effortless low frequencies.

A specially developed 15" driver by Audio Technology powers the bass section, housed within a CNC-machined cabinet of 75 mm to 145 mm-thick Baltic birch, sculpted with perfect JMLC curves.

The system is a three-way horn design, combining horn-loaded mid and high frequencies with a hybrid low-frequency section, a carefully optimized, silent bass-reflex design that complements the horns’ speed and precision.

A no-edge diffraction design eliminates midrange beaming, delivering exceptional clarity, tonal accuracy, and a deep, expansive soundstage.

The speakers offer excellent performance even with mid-priced amplifiers, thanks to their high sensitivity and carefully tuned impedance characteristics.

Finally, the low-frequency cabinet is a unique creation: it uses the JMLC profile algorithm on both X and Y axes and is constructed from 75 mm to 145 mm thick CNC-machined Baltic birch panels, produced entirely in-house for maximum precision and rigidity.

The result is stunning: effortless dynamics, breathtaking realism, and three-dimensional imaging that transcends conventional loudspeaker design.
